This policy explains how Figueras Sound AB handles personal data you provide through the contact form on figuerassound.com or by emailing me.

What data I collect
When you use the contact form I receive your name, email address, project type and scope, any dates you enter, and whatever you write in your message. If you email me directly, I receive your email address and the content of your message. Please do not send sensitive personal data.
To protect the form from spam, Cloudflare Turnstile processes technical information from your browser, including your IP address.
Why I use your data, and on what legal basis
- To reply to your enquiry, prepare a quote and stay in touch about a possible project.
- Pre-contractual steps
Necessary to take steps at your request before entering into a contract.
- To protect the form against spam and abuse.
- Legitimate interests
I have an interest in keeping the form secure and usable.
- To invoice and keep accounts if we work together.
- Legal obligation
Required under Swedish accounting law.
You are not required to provide your data, but without a name and email address I cannot reply to you.
How long I keep your data
Enquiries that do not lead to a project are deleted after 12 months. If we work together, your contact details are kept for the duration of the project, and accounting records are kept for as long as the law requires, normally seven years.
Who receives your data
I do not sell your data or share it for marketing. It is handled only by service providers that help me run the website and receive messages, acting on my instructions:
- Cloudflare, which provides spam protection (Turnstile), receives and forwards the form submission by email, and hosts the website.
- Apple (iCloud Mail), where my inbox is hosted.
Transfers outside the EU/EEA
Some of these providers, including Cloudflare, may process data in the United States. Such transfers are protected by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and/or the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.
Cookies
This website does not use cookies for tracking or marketing.
Automated decisions
I do not use automated decision-making or profiling.
Your rights
You have the right to:
- Access your data
- Have inaccurate data corrected
- Have your data erased
- Restrict processing
- Object to processing based on legitimate interests
- Receive your data in a machine-readable format

Complaints
If you believe I handle your data incorrectly, you can lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY), imy.se.
Changes
If I change this policy, the date at the top will be updated.
